Looking for something fun to do within walking distance of your apartment or home? This is what you have been looking for: fun activities in Rexburg, Idaho!
The city of Rexburg has always had a special place in my heart. I remember the first time I arrived on the BYU-I Campus; I was so nervous about meeting my roommates. Unlike most people, I drove myself to college and moved in all by myself.
And I was incredibly lucky when I first moved in, as I had the best roommates, and in the first week, I met some of the greatest people I have ever known. And had the funnest semester of my life! And one of the best parts is that it wasn’t everyone’s first semester, and some of them had been in Rexburg for quite some time, so they knew all the best places to go and things to do.
Then, in the following semester, it kept getting better, my network grew, and I met some of the most well-known people in all of Rexburg, who helped me to be put in all of the amazing old Facebook group chats.
And now the last of those amazing people who introduced me to the amazing place of Rexburg have graduated and moved on with their lives, and now I feel like it is my turn to share the amazing knowledge that has made the last few years of my life so amazing!
I had a lot of international roommates and people in my ward who didn’t have a car. And I was lucky to be able to share my car, giving them rides, but we had to do so because there were too many people to give a ride, so we had to do things. within walking distance.
And I have heard some people say Rexburg is boring and there is nothing to do here, but that is not true at all. You just haven’t made the right friends and found the right places.
To these people, I would say, have you created a snowman in the stadium with a bunch of people you have ever met? Have you played spikeball and volleyball in Porter Park with a bunch of new friends? Or have you guys gone to Work Out Wednesday at Kiwi Loco to get a discount on some frozen yogurt and impress some girls?
Or have you ever been to the Milano hot tubs during the winter at night with a bunch of strangers, or gone to Fizz Rizz to get an alcoholic free margarita, or painted pottery at Fire and Fizz?
If these answers are no, you have come to the right place to find amazing fun activities to do in Rexburg within walking distance of the BYU-I campus.
